Board of Medicine License Application - Physician Assistant
Information for applying for a Physician Assistant license.
All applicants for licensure in New Hampshire are required to submit a completed application for consideration of certification as a Physician Assistant. Applicants may obtain proof of graduation from their Physician Assistant Program and their certification of scores from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) through the Federation of State Medical Boards' Credentialing Verification Service (FCVS). FCVS provides primary source verification of your "core" medical credentials.
Applications for review by the Board of Medicine (“Board”) at its monthly meeting must be complete on or before the Friday prior to the monthly meeting at 4:00 P.M. in order to be on the Board’s agenda for that month’s meeting.
