2016 Checklist for Infectious Disease Control used by the Board's investigators when conducting an unannounced inspection. Pursuant to RSA 317-A:18, the Board has the authority to investigate possible misconduct by licensees. An investigation may include unannounced inspections of a licensee's practice location in order to determine day-to-day practices.
