Announcement:
Active-Provisional licenses have no restrictions. Your license will remain in this status until we have received the results of your criminal history records check. Upon receipt of those results, the Office will either change your status to active, or issue of Notice of Hearing to appear before the board to address the results of your criminal history records check.
Active-Renewal licenses are fully active, functional licenses under which licensees can practice their professions. Expiration dates will be updated upon final processing.
