Nurse Agency Registration Application - N.H. Rev. Stat. § 326-M:2

The Executive Director is proposing to adopt rules to establish the criteria and procedures for Nurse Agencies to register, specifically Plc 1600.  The rules are posted in the Proposed Rules section of the OPLC Laws and Rules page (OPLC Laws and Rules | NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification).  Under the current schedule, the rules are expected to be reviewed by the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules at its March meeting, currently scheduled for Friday, March 15, 2024.  Information about the final proposal and JLCAR is/will be available with the proposed rules.  After the rules are adopted, the rules will be available in the Recently Adopted Rules sections of the OPLC Laws and Rules page.
