Reminder- Alc 300 Rules that Became Effective on March 13, 2023

The Board of Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals would like to remind you of
the Alc 300 rules that became effective on March 13, 2023.

These adopted rules provide in depth detail regarding the Initial license process and
requirements for Certified Recovery Support Workers, Licensed Alcohol and Drug
Counselor, Licensed Clinical Supervisor, and Master Licensed Drug and Alcohol
Counselor.

Included in the rules, it details the current, form(s) you should submit with your
application. When submitting everything together at once, as directed by these
rules, your application should have a quicker approval time.
